Mary went back to school to finish her Bachelor's degree in her late twenties and discovered that after working in the business world for over 10 years, she really cared about topics like what makes an effective leader/business owner and how to build a positive company culture. She took that passion and continued her education, graduating with her MBA from Berea's Baldwin Wallace University in 2021. Mary and her husband, Mike, started their first business, Primary Home Improvements, in 2021.
