Excellent service from everyone starting with Kevin, who spent hours with us going over the insulation options and processes; Koz and David who exceeded our expectations in addressing our underinsulated, cramped, filthy attic; and Geoff, Sho and Jimmy, the wall crew who were detailed in explaining what they were going to do, how they were going to do it and were meticulous in returning our exterior to the state it was in before they started work. Follow up issues were promptly addressed by Matt. We were thankful to have such personable, patient and respectful workers to deal with during this insulation project.

Kevin was patient, respectful and detailed in going over all aspects of our insulation project. He spent hours with us, laying out the facts, even showing us YouTube videos to show how things should or shouldn't be done. He wasn't pushy, by any means, allowing us to take time to consider all options.
